This dip tastes so much like hummus, we think you can fool anyone with it! Use as a snack, or even lunch. Choose low carb veggies for dipping such as celery, cucumbers, asparagus or a few bell peppers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked in water for 24 hours, drained and rinsed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • Pinch cayenne pepper, optional
  • Big Pinch sea salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth.

  2. Keeps in refrigerator tightly sealed for up to 4 days.

  3. Serve with celery, cucumbers, bell peppers or zucchini.
